Refund policy

 

 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Objects must be returned unused and in
original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in return transit.
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@calakoota.com within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are processed upon receipt of the returned object and may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account.

Non-returnable items

Objects that have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
Custom orders are non-refundable.

Damaged items

If your object arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@calakoota.com
with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
