Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Payment is charged in full at
the time of order. All transactions are processed securely.

Orders & dispatch

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email. Objects are dispatched within 1–3 weeks of order confirmation. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellation may not be possible.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. For orders outside the
European Union, duties and taxes applicable in the destination country are the sole
responsibility of the buyer. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Objects must be returned in original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Objects that have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. Custom orders are non-refundable.

Damaged items

If your object arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Surface finish variation

Each object is finished individually. Minor surface variation is inherent to the product and does not constitute a defect.

Safety & installation

Calakoota lighting objects are intended for decorative use only and have not been certified to any electrical safety standard. Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician in accordance with local regulations. Calakoota accepts no liability for improper installation or use.

Intellectual property

All content on the Calakoota website is the property of Calakoota and may not be reproduced without permission.
